Yes, I'm still enjoying lilacs, both indoors with my rubber stamps as well as the aromatherapy the ones outside provide.
This is one of the first House Mouse stamps I ever purchased many years ago. It is called "Aromatherapy." I colored the image with prisma color pencils. The designer paper is from a Martha Stewart collection package that I found on sale at Michaels.
And...just because I love showing off my pups, here is a photo of my 'Bella enjoying the lilacs in the backyard.
Hope you are enjoying a beautiful spring Monday morning.
Love, love, love your lilacs!! :) Both on the card and in your yard. I miss my lilacs so much. We were looking at a vacant house that was for sale and I actually picked some lilacs from their bushes. Those were all I've had in my house this year. Sigh. I'm burning a lilac candle... but it's not at all the same!!! Enjoy them for me!!
ReplyDeleteso glad I took a moment to stop by. your lilacs are gorgeous! mine are all gone now, but my antique pink roses are blooming as of today and they have the most wonderful scent. your cards are so pretty, the dogs look huggable and that apron needs a frosty umbrella drink for sure.
ReplyDeleteYour doggy looks so cute next to the lilac tree.
ReplyDeleteI took the Jane Austin quiz on your sidebar and I'm most like Mariane Dashwood too. I told my mum and she totally agrees. I even play the piano.
AWWWW, I can smell the lilacs; this card just makes you want to reach through the screen and touch it! Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteYour lilacs look great (though my little secret is I do not like lilacs... dont hold it against me, please!). But they look so healthy and Gabe just looks so content.
