For my sample card I used the darling Happy Hopper stamp titled A Stitch in Time and colored it with copic markers. I added some machine blanket stitching to the edges of the BoBunny designer background paper and some soft lace from my sewing stash. Then just added a few heart shaped punchouts, a heart shaped slide and heart ribbons. See how fun this challenge is?

Right now I'll go with a Gruffies stamp, Beary Big Delivery, as the little bear peeking out of the window just melts my heart every time I see him! Wow Jennifer what a beautiful card and that image is gorgeous hun. Such a very hard decision on my fave HM stamp but I have a big soft spot for Buzz Cut (where the mouse has had all of his fur cut off lol!!!). The Gruffies one which I am saving for is Gruffy in the car with lots of pressies on top of the roof rack. The Happy Hoppers one is the bunnt in the bath. ReplyDeleteIt's hard to place a finger on my fave HM image, there are just so many.... I LOVE gruffles because my husband's nick-name is "Bear" but I also adore the get well images because the facial expressions on the little injured or sick mice are soo.... heartwrenching. ha ha ha I'm just a sucker for House Moush, what can I say? Great job on all the "Hearts" for your Hop card, it's fantastic, when I'm dong hoppin' I'm headed to make my own. Thanks for the Heart-spirations!

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card! This little hopper is so peaceful - i like him. And I like the little hearts on the paper, they are perfect for this image. My favorite HM is "Mint Tea" two little mices in a teacan, but badly for my purse I have to say, that the most of the HM Stamps are so cute.

ReplyDeletePicking a favourite HM stamp is not possible. I and my daughter love them all equal. Our collection counts 109 wooden stamps and 1 set cling stamps. We have one rule: there must be a mouse on it! No gruffies or bears only, even though they are cute. :)
