Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Remember the photos I posted a couple of days ago of Paul shoveling the snow after another big snowfall on Wednesday? Well, that snowfall was just a precursor to the BIG snowfall we just had yesterday. We got another 20 inches of fresh snow! Yes! You read that right! Look at the photos below and add another 20 inches!

This morning when I opened the back door to let the dogs out, this was the sight they saw in the back yard.

Remember too that the white picket fence you see in the back is 5 feet high. It looks like it is only 5 inches high.

And just for fun, here is another very short video of what it looks like to have a 100+ pound baby Newfie running toward you full speed through the snow.

  2. Oh my Jennifer! This makes me realize I shouldn't complain about the winter we've had in Nebraska. It is so beautiful, but I'm sure you're ready to see some green grass and daffodils blooming. THINK SPRING! Smiles, Pam :)

My daughter sent me similar photos...makes me wonder why on EARTH I'm choosing this time of year to travel!! Hmmm...no wondering necessary...it's for all those slobbery grandboy kisses and hugs I'll get! (lol) See you soon Ms Jennifer!

  8. I'm not even going to mention how much snow we DON'T have right now. I had all the doors and windows open today. Drat, i wasn't going to mention anything.

Love to watch your babies in the snow. Do your kitties go out there?

  9. Wow! That's a lot of snow. Your newfie is so adorable. We have a 170 lb. female great Dane, and one of her best friends before we moved was a newfie. They were too cute together!!

  11. WOW! Not complaining about the weather here, because I will worry that when it all melts there, you could wash away. Better sew an anchor to your apron, just in case. Your card was really swell, too. Glad s-n-o-w doesn't affect your creativity.

  12. Jennifer, it's me again! You asked, on my blog, if you could use my quilted card for a project you want to make....well, my Friend, anything I do that you like, just use it! I enjoy it most of all when I inspire others; there are so many out there who inspire me.

  16. That's quite the snow drift. Just wanted to say hello. Sherri said you didn't renew with the Stamp Shack. I haven't been there much myself because I'm soon taking a break from stamping. *Gasp* I know, i know. I'm taking some "ME" time. Send me an email sometime.
